Yes. We don’t share or sell your data. AI tools use OpenAI’s API to generate responses but are not used to train public models.

Try refreshing or logging out and back in. If it continues, send us a quick note with details — browser, what you were doing, and any screenshots help!

Go to your account dashboard → Billing. You can switch, upgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at your next renewal.

All subscriptions and digital purchases are non-refundable, but if something goes wrong, email us and we’ll make it right where possible.
